That's a sweet lens Randy. Sharp, crisp, well saturated color.

I've shot with one quite a bit and like it only if shooting with a pod. That's a pretty heavy piece of glass thumb.gif

    Hi Randy,

I'm in the process of saving for a new lens at the moment :D I've heard that the 120-300/2.8 is a sharper lens than the Sigma 300/2.8 prime. As an owner of both lenses, can you confirm? ne_nau.gif

While I would love to have a Nikkor 300/2.8 AFS prime, it's just not in my price range, so I will have to either go "used" or save a little more for the Sigma. You thoughts on both lenses would be appreciated greatly! :D

Oh yeah... nice shots too clap.gif Who said girls don't play tough?! :D

    Cheers,
    Kenny

    Randy,
Nice Bokeh and it looks a little "Sigma Contrast-y" - do you have a similar feeling about it?

Thanks Randy... I'm starting to lean towards the zoom now :D A zoom in that range with that quality has to be a worthy motorsport lens!

    Thanks again and happy shooting.

    Cheers,
    Kenny
