    I keep trying to get that type of shot but those ferns just really like the shade. How did you get it to come out in the sun? At least it looks like a bit of sun there...

    I returned to the same spot a few times all at diffrent times till the sun finally peeked in thru the trees.
    They did need some sun to grow its just a matter of timing.

    I really like the shot of the fern. The lighting if delicious, DOF is perfectly tuned, and it has really nice balance.
