I couldn’t tell where the eyes where. It has a feather thing coming out this end that moves around.

Looks a bit like a ladybird larva so can only suggest it's a beetle larva.

You are right on. From the link below it looks like both of them are Lady Bugs. In different stages of growth. I never would have guessed. Before posting last night I tried to search for them but I never thought they would be a larve. Thanks. MM

I remember when I found that these creatures were in fact LadyBug Lavae, and I was convinced that couldn't be right.
Isn't it funny how we assume the adult and the young would look alike.
It does look like someone has taken a fine pen to the first image,
and drawn the smiling face on

Do people really do stuff like draw on bugs? I read something about people freezing them. I did'nt even want to move it to better light. The shot with the flower behind is staged because I moved the flower behind him
