CostCo and the Mac

I'm wondering if others are having this problem. I used to get a lot of prints from CostCo. But lately they are having issues with files written by a Mac. Either from my CF cards or from CD-R, their kiosks won't read them. Now, their system behind the desk will, and the past three visits I've had to order prints that way. The guy running the department is a great guy but has no answer. All his Mac people have the same issue.
Sometimes I hate the computer industry, even though it supports my lifestyle. If the industry put as much money and effort into making these things actually work as they do in making new things, we'd all be better off for it.
Sigh. Is there a category for "career depression"?

I use Finder to burn the CDs, and to copy to the CF card. Haven't thought to try Toast. But the Finder method also works if I simply hand it to them, as you are doing. What it has issues with is their self-serve kiosk.

I don't know about the kiosk, I have not used it, too slow for me.
