hello, cupcake

A new cupcake store opened downtown this week. Thought I'd use their faire for LPS 12.

If you had to guess which virutue I was trying to impart, which would you say (I have my intention and want to see if it jives with what your interp.). Also if you could be so kind as to vote for your pick for my entry.

    I Like number 3, but definently IMO I would crop down from the top, (the nose and glasses are a bit of a distraction). I would bring the crop down to just below the nostrils. I might also crop up from the bottom just a bit, (too much space), I think a perfect square crop would be wonderful here, cropping up from the bottom would elimnate some of the dark shadows and the eye would follow the curvature of the tablecloth/table, giving the flow a good in an out.

    To me the focal points of this are...The cupcake, the tongue action, the angle of the girls head, the red lips and the curvature of the tablecloth, and this is what needs to be brought out. All this is to me is DESIRE, LUST she can taste that cupcake in her mouth and as the commercial goes..."Anticipation is keeping me waiting"...Laughing.gif.


    But these are just my thoughts..

    I like the composition in #2, but the content in #3! maybe crop a little of the white off the bottom of #3?

    I too have been working on kid versus sweet. I love your take!
