I'm stepping away from lurking to actually posting some shots for C&C, so please give me your feedback.

I know lighting was harsh as it was in the late afternoon and I could have used some fill flash due to the shadows from the cap. Aside from that, I'm open to your feedback and pp is welcome.

The angler is a friend and he needed some shots and a couple portraits to accompany a fishing article in an upcoming publication. Same day, same fish, different outfit.:D

Great series! Your subject seemed to be enjoying himself, and seemed very natural in front of the camera. Great work!! clap.gif

What a fun series of pictures.....I really like 3,7,8 and 9. The harsh sun light doesn't bother me.

In the first picture you place the guy on the right side of the pic. he is looking towards the right and the fishing rod is running out of the pic. to the right. I think it would have been better to put him on the left, then he would have been looking into the pic. and the rod would have stayed in the pic.

Looks like Bass. I so enjoy fishing. Where is this lake? Great clear skies and razor sharp pictures.
