Help with ACR 4.2

im trying to install ACR 4.2 into Adobe Photoshop CS3 extended.

Using a iMAC, i downloaded ACR 4.2. easy enough!
I go to library -> application support -> adobe BUT i dont have a folder that says plug-ins....

Please Help!

    There are at least two libraries, one for each user and one for the overall system, the system originates from the harddrive folder and should have what you need.

    I find the easiest method is just to use Spotlight to search for "camera raw.plugin" on my main Mac volume. Then I can just open the containing folder and voila!

    The easiest way is to make Photoshop check for updates, then it really does install itself
