Galleries from one category to another

I would like to move three galleries from my "Sports" category over to my "Moron Soccer" category. Can I do this and if so, what's the easiest way to do it?

If you haven't already done this, go to Categories under Customize in your control panel and create the new category.

Then customize each of the galleries you want to move, and use the categories drop-down to assign the new category.
