Unique photos. Are those bullfrogs? How did you do the one with the frog in the cat's mouth?

I am not really sure what those frogs are officially called, but I would call them bullfrogs too. In my other shots, I have leapord and tree frogs. BTW I have a few more to upload in the gallery, they are posing with/on bananas. :)

This project, albiet bizzare, has been fun.

Re: cat/frog in mouth. The Frog Sandwich was a quick-puttogether shoot. Our cat jumped up on the surface and checked the sandwich out. Evidently it looked good enough to eat, because it gobbled up the little frog. I felt bad, of course right after I snapped 4 frames of it walking away with the frog hanging from its mouth. I did pull the frog out, and took it to the pond. It was lifeless until it hit water, then zoomed off.

I was so happy that I saved it from the cat, and then all of the sudden a largemouth bass raced up to it and ate it. Just wasn't meant to be. clap.gif

I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but the irony of that is just too.... perfect.

I love the frog between the bread - with fall coming I can't not think of it being snuggled in a thick, warm quilt.
