Can't create a new gallery

All the fields are there but no button.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, however, there is.

    I know this is a tired suggestion, but...

    I had this happen to me once in the past. The problem resolved after I cleared my browser cache. Probably worth a try anyway.
