Can we break a gallery into sections?

I have the pro account and I use it for my wedding proofs. I haven't figured this out, and I'm not sure it's possible. Can I have one wedding with multiple categories like: getting ready, ceremony, formals and reception?

I'd love to find out if this is possible.

One option is create a Wedding category. Then create sub-categories for
each wedding. In each sub-cat put the galleries, ceremony, formals and
reception.

Something like this.

[U]category[/U]    [U]sub-cat[/U]  [U]gallery[/U]

Weddings
             Smith
                     ceremony
                     formals
                     reception

             Jonnes
                     ceremony
                     formals
                     reception
