Should I get a D80 with or without lenses?

I've got a D40 with the 18-55kit and the 55-200vr and 50mm f/1.8. I am thinking about getting a D80 and that I can get just a body new delivered for $807 from: http://www.digicombos.com/ however on looking at several buyitnow places on e-bay I see that for roughly $200 more I can get it with two lenses and a bunch of other "stuff". Some have Nikon lenses, some Sigma and some Tameron. Which is better. I am leaning towards the sigma as it is faster plus I really would like to have a 300mm as I shoot a lot of Deer and other animals that I cannot walk closer to.
Please give me some good feedback so I don't make a mistake.

This first one for ($999 + $35 s/h) includes: 1Sigma 28-70 f2.8-4.0 High Speed Lens, Sigma 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6
Macro Super II Lens,

This second one for ($998+$40s/h) includes:Nikon 28-80 F3.3-5.6G AF Zoom Nikkor and Nikon 70-300mm f/4-5.6G AF Zoom-Nikkor
My thought is for $200 it seems like a good value what I get above and beyond the camera. I might keep the D40, or might sell it or might give it to another family member so it would probably be good to have the other 28-70(80) lens so I could get rid of the D40 with the 18-55kit lens. Does this make sense or would either of these be a mistake???
Thanks for your help.

If you look through that person's ebay feedback you'll see a bunch of references to things not being "US" models, or not coming in the original boxes. If you get a gray market camera there is no factory warranty on it!
...but on your principal question, your current lenses are pretty low-tier. The Nikon or sigma ones, while not the best lenses, are still a step up. Good luck with the new camera!

I very much recommend:
B&H
Adorama
Both are very highly recommended by scores of happy customers.

I checked and it looks like good feedback to me, 99% positive. The few negative ones all seemed to be no USA buyers (nothing against them).
I'm surprised to hear the comment about the lenses. I find that the Nikon 55-200VR is a fairly good lens, not the fastest in the world, but fairly good.
