Garden Spider

The common black and yellow garden spider. Little Fuji F30 working hard here :) Post processing done with Nikon Capture NX and noise removal with Noise Ninja (pretty much any P&S camera needs noise reduction done to at least remove artifacts, in my opinion...there was no noise in these, just some artifacting).

I'm not sure these are officially macros, so I guess this is the most appropriate forum.

    Cool looking spider! thumb.gif A little less Dof would blur up that brick wall nicely!

    This was done with a small point and shoot camera and those are inclined to have a lot of DOF. I suppose I could have put it in aperature mode though and went to f/2.8 which is low as it goes. But even then, 2.8 on that is a LOT deeper than 2.8 on a 50mm on my D200.
