Watermarking question

Why is it some of my galleries have the watermarking selection within the <photo tools> drop down, but other galleries do not? :dunno

The watermarking depends on the photo that is selected. If the photo does not meet our minimum for watermarking (>800px on the longest side), the watermarking option does not show in the Photo tools menu.
