Customer having trouble ordering

Andy,

I just received a call from a customer, who is trying to order some prints. She is using IE (don't know which version). After she has added roughly 5 pictures to her cart, when she tries to add additional pictures, an error appears telling her something along the lines of, "STOP. A SCRIPT ON THISP PAGE IS RUNNING SLOWLY, AND IF YOU CONTINUE MAY CAUSE IE TO CRASH." This is probably not verbatim what the error says, but it is preventing her from completing the order.

If there is any additional information you need, let me know.

Thanks,

Scott

PS - I've just replicated the issue myself using FF 1.5 - after adding 3 pictures (logged out of my site) to the cart, then using the "Back to photos" button (as if I was going to continue browsing and adding pictures), I clicked the NEXT button to go to the next page of the gallery. A "Warning: Unresponsive script" window appeared, that says, "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." There are then two buttons, "Continue" and "Stop script"

Just replicated again on another computer, this one running IE V 6.0.2800.

After adding about 4 pictures to the cart (again logged out), when I clicked on BUY PHOTO to add a 5th, an error appeared saying, "A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. IF it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?" Options are YES or NO.

So we use a javascript framework from YAHOO. Their latest release changed they way they handle some things. We are rolling back to a prior release of the YAHOO framework until the 'Buy this Photo' interface can be updated to work with the new version. We hope to have this out quickly.

    Thanks for your patience.
