Adding to an order

Hi I just ordered some prints for myself from my smugmug account and last minute decided I need 2 prints of one of the pics instead of 1. I was wondering if there is a way to add an extra print onto my order or do I have to submit another order?

If I submit another order can the print be included with the others and the shipping charges dropped?

Hi Kyle,

In principal, it is not possible to make any changes to your order after it has been confirmed and placed by you, I'm sorry. Sometimes if you are fast enough, we may be able to cancel the order so that a new one can be placed. If you noticed an error in your order, please email us as soon as possible at the helpdesk

I've been looking at your order (if 383911 is the correct order number). If you want to, I may be able to cancel this for you. Let me know, and I will get on the phone with our lab right away to see if I can still cancel it. I can even re-place it for you, with the 2 prints of the image if you let me know which one it is that you wanted printed twice
