Can we manually edit keywords?

This is my first post and maybe a rookie question but is there a way to edit the "site" keywords manually?

I know you can edit the individual photos and I can edit the keywords on a gallery but I have a lot of keywords on my website I'd like to remove or edit.

Any suggestions on an easy way to update these?

    wave.gif Welcome to Dgrin.

I only can think of two ways to have keywords, under the gallery customize
page or on each photo. You have others? Where do you see these?

Let me expand/add to my first post.
    1. I use Photoshop Elements 5 to manage my photos. I have my CF reader set to automatically download using "date shot" as the folder and file names.
    2. I then "Tag the photos" in Elements by the event or person's name, group etc.
    3. In Elements I can then upload to SmugMug and create a new gallery
I love the process and it simplifies life but I'm seeing my "Tags" are being uploaded as "key Words" in SmugMug. Can anyone confirm this?

My question is: Am I going to have to re-think how I tag photos as I upload them to SmugMug they become keywords?

So back to my first post I see these keywords in my site list and they are wrong or keywords I don't want. My guess is I have to edit each photo to remove them this time and watch how when I upload new photos?

I really don't want to change my process but if someone has a much better way of doing the entire process I'd be open to listen.

    Thanks in advance!

I believe that Smugmug interprets Photoshop tags as keywords.

However, once you have loaded the photos to Smugmug, there is a "Bulk Edit Keywords" tool that you can use. Amongst its many capabilities is the ability to bulk-remove a specific keyword from all photos in a gallery. Another is to clear all keywords from all photos in a gallery.

Thanks for the reply, I still had to search to find it but I did find the Bulk Edit to solve my problems!
