we've got two horses at home (i board my riding horse), a 30ish rescued quarter horse, and a 2 year old mini who had hip surgery last year. he's got one bum leg, but it sure doesn't slow him down a lot. he races around the pasture, and bugs the heck out of the old guy. they are quite the pasture buddies.

Try not to center your subject and I think you'll like the results better.

Hi Laurie, Very pretty shots. Boy the leaves are really turning back there aren't they. Makes for a beautiful background. Plus that means all the wing'd critters will be heading my way soon, if not already.

yup, i have seen them moving. and the color on that tree seemed to fade away overnight. it's probably done for the season, and we have heavy rain forecast for tomorrow.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

thanks, harry. i always consider it high praise to get compliments from you. i love your birds, but never could do them justice. at least with horses i know i might have a moment or two before they take flight.
