Found: 24-70/F2.8 or a 28-75/F2.8

I have a Canon400D and I am looking for either a 24-70/F2.8 or a 28-75/F2.8. If anyone can oblige. I live in Scotland so if I purchase from over the Pond will I have to pay tax etc.
An early reply would be most appreciated.
