I need to know how to laso her face and take some of the red out - I know someone out there can help with this...please. Any other CC's are welcomed.

Cute shot here. It looks like a white balance issue to me. Have you played with the WB setting in ACR?

Adobe Camera Raw. Part of Photoshop, used to process/adjust Raw files, including white balance. In the most recent version, CS3, ACR can also do similar adjustments to jpeg files as well.
