So I am looking online and just can't find this. I have found reference to it but not the actual product.
Is there an adapter for the Sony alpha cameras that let you use the standard hot shoe? Basically we have customers in the studio that want to use their Alphas but we have pock wizards and they won't attach.

It used to be that Minolta made an adapter (FS-1100) to mount a "simple" hot shoe flash, with a standard ISO foot, onto a Minolta/Sony style shoe. I haven't seen them advertised lately.
I found this item on EBay, but no idea about quality:

Understand that you will "not" be able to use the Minolta/Sony "ADI" flash technology of the camera with this adapter, only simple auto and manual flashes will work with it. (I don't know about the Pocket Wizard slaves. You might contact the manufacturer.)
