8 months of training - progress
So I'm a humble student of Kung Fu and now an assistant instructor at my school. When I started I was pretty big, nearly 300lbs. Granted, I'm 6'2" and have very broad shoulders so I've always carried my weight well.
Well I'm 8 months into my own personal program of 8 to 16 hours/week of hard and intensive training. Here are my results. I now weigh 245 and it's mostly dense muscle mass. But quite honestly, since I don't get to see myself from behind very often, I'm quite surprised and a bit awe-struck.
Here are my latest portraits at the door. This time instead of extracting the door and wall, I left it all there to preserve context and detail.
C&C welcome.
