It is pretty good. I bought it on a whim though... I am from the school of thought that says "No flash, natural light only" so I basically used it once and that was it

OK, I am kind of from the same school, but am getting in to more portrait stuff and the flash can help for some of the stuff I am doing.
This is what's left: 1 x Sunpak Power Zoom Flash 5000AF for Canon Cameras (Manual Included) = $ 70.00
Includes: a Canon RC-5 Remote Controller 1 x Tamron AF 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 Di LD Macro (1:2) Lens w/ Hood = $ 90.00
Includes: a Tiffen 62mm UV Protection Filter 2 x Seagate 4GB CF Photo Hard Drive = $ 50.00 ($25.00 each)
Note: The 4GB Hard Drives were sent to Seagate for the latest firmware to be installed. They are in mint condition but they stick a "refurbished" sticker on them. They had no "physical/mechanical" problem at all. Just needed a newer firmware for better compatibility with Canon EOS cameras. 1 x Generic 4 CF Card Aluminun Case = $ 5.00
