    It was taken around 6:45 or there abouts, about 20 minutes after sundown in Toledo, Ohio, USA

    Perspective
    In PS CS you go to the crop menu and there is a small box in the tool line to check. Enlarge the border around the photo so you have a place to work and then you can drag the various points to line up the crop lines with vertical and horizontal lines.

    PS Elements has a similar tool, go to image, transform, perspective.

    go to PS if your have it and align the water with the horizon.....
