Sid - assume you mean with a live person behind the dewdrop ?
It would just about be possible as long as the person could do a head stand very carefully and then not move for about 5 secs. It would be easier if you didn't mind the eye being upside down, but you'd need to do a "studio shot" with manufactured drops.
