Gallery title missing

I have a gallery that does have a title, but in the subcategory it does not appear, and there is no edit button. Here are some screenshots:

Is the gallery set to "clean" under customize gallery?

Clean is set to "No"
FYI: I checked all of the customize settings, they are the same as the other gallerys in the subcategory.

I figured out what the problem was.

The name was to long with under-scores between the letters so it would not break the name and create a new line so it displayed nothing. Here is what I changed it to:

2007_09_14_volleyball - Trinity vs DA

from:
2007_09_14_volleyball_Trinity vs DA
