Right click protected myself into a corner!

So I went nuts right click protecting everything. Now I can't get a link to the images I want to.
I want to post the shot here:

But don't know how to get to the path. I'm pretty sure there's a manual way to do this (more manual than the 'normal' way)

Yes, I have Ext links on.

the format is (without the *'s)

[*img]http://smugmug.com/photos/xxxxxxx-L.jpg[*/img]

Replace the x's with the image number, which is the last number in the URL you posted.
