    I like the close up.
    The second shot looses to much detail in the shadows for me.

    Neat shots though!

    I'll buck the trend and say that the second one looks better to me. The first one, even though I really like the magnified details in the flowers, has some distracting foreground that is blurred. Obviously for some this is no problem, but this is what makes me prefer the second. The vapor trails in the sky are unfortunate though. Boy I'm wishy-washy. :D
