Hmm...this sounds interesting. Problem is I've just sold my 20D and in the mean time acquired some serious glass (85L & 35L iloveyou.gif). Any additional info on why I should wait...I actually have a 5D on a different site that I'm about to buy....?????....

Ross is talking about the fall canon rebate that usually falls in mid october. You should be able to score some cash off a body or glass if bought together.

Thanks Chris, that's what I figured (the Canadian Fall rebate has just been announced). However I think buying a gently used 5D for around $2K is still going to be less expensive than a new 5D body without additional lenses using the rebate program...
