I posted this over in the contest section, I was thinking of using it instead of my current photo, but I've decided to use my other picture there...

Anyway, I was out shooting the Harvest Moon and came away with this.

Looks like everyone there had there lights on :rofl

    I'm also interested in how you got that effect, was it PP or in the capture?

    Thanks Christina, Rustic...

    Well, your probably going to be let down about the "how", nothing fancy like you might think. It was a typical moon shot, exposed properly via camera spot meter.

    Then, in CS2, simply make a "levels" layer, then pull the middle slider to the right.

    Yep, it was that simple.
