Rotation

I have written about this problem and writing again in the hope that somebody out there can help me.
I cannot get some of my photos to rotate. I have tried everything I can think of, I find it very frustrating.
Here is a photo I uploaded into SmugMug today http://hippyfromoz.smugmug.com/Brisbane - it refuses to rotate.
I used to use Photo Studio 5.5 to crop, resize my pics. I am now trying out GIMP but this has not fixed the problem.
I have tried deleting & reloading them but that does not work.
I have tried uploading them without cropping etc but that does not work.
I uploaded them into Flickr and Picasa2 and they rotate no problems.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it only me?

Edit: I did finally get this pic to rotate - not sure why or how - but I still have many others in other albums on my site which refuse to rotate - for instance this one http://hippyfromoz.smugmug.com/gallery/3533890#199883391

Hi Lesley,

I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing this problem. When you notice that photos do not rotate correctly, please do not try to attempt to rotate again, but post a link to the photos here so we can have another look, please?

Do you have a photo that you have rotated once, and didn't rotate? Can you give me a link to that photo, please?

Thank you for your response - finally I seem to have some success - problem appears to be solved. Photos edited in Gimp will rotate now. Photos edited in Photo Studio rotate randomly. Have no idea why. Thanks for all your help.
