FT/FS: Canon XL2+acc. for 5d

Wanting to trade my Canon XL2 video camera for a 5d. It has 4 hours of wear on the drum and comes with Manfrotto tripod, Bogen 501 head, and 16x9 bag. Not one scratch or scuff anywhere on the camera or the tripod.
Total value: $3300. Will trade or sale for $2500
