Bought, had no need for it. Never used, all manuals include.

    Does the meter include the optional transmitter module (used with pocketwizards etc) or not?

    I do not believe so, it has whatever the basic set is. I did not buy anything extra

    The PW Radio transmitter module for the Sekonic L358 can be purchased seperately from B&H - it just pops into the back, and works like a charm with PW receivers.
