I was hiking in northern AZ. and ran across the truck sitting there with nothing around.......There were no structures or roads; they were long gone.

I like that image! Did you do a little posterizing on the color section? I'm really going to have to learn that technique for separating/isolating color. I hear a lot of people saying that they don't like it for one reason or another, but I think when it's used properly it can take an image to whole new levels. Good work.

I'm sure there are tutorials, but I don't know of one.
The picture was shot in the middle of the day and was pretty weak. So I did as you said, added a little posterizing to the truck.
I started out with the whole pic posterized.....Boy was that grim!.....I believe a little bit goes a long way.
