how to use the SB 800 off a D-70?

I have a D70 and would like to use the flash off the camera. The D70 and flash are locked in the car. The camera and flash manuals in the camera bag. Unfortunately, said camera bag is at home. The car and I are at work.

I planned on taking some sunset pictures on the way home today. Once at work I began to think this would be a good time to learn more about using the flash off camera. Anyone have a link to the flash commander settings for the D70 and SB 800?
