Well Paul they are a wonderful colourful arrangement, and you must be proud of your achievements. I would be. I posted a thread about colour in macro as you can see. I did the exercises that Brian suggested, I should do with the extension tubes. You will see the result if you look at my thread. I am ever so grateful to Brian for his kind assitance.
I was wondering if you used extension tubes on these photos. I use a 40D but I have a 400D and I used my Canon 60mm 2.8 macro and as a further experiment I used my Canon 50mm prime lens with a couple of the tubes and the results were good.
I note you have an extender. What do you use it for because if the extender can produce the same results as the extension tubes I am very interested. Hope to hear from you soon.
    Kind Regards

    Thanks m8.

I have used the tubes on the Sigma lens, but the extender I haven't for macro - only for more zoom. Tubes are good and cause no image loss except for light, so is an acceptable alternative to longer macro lenses, and for getting in REAL close like Lord V does.
