WPPI Print help?

Ok so I have this image which i'm set on. First time submitting a print to WPPI. The category would be bride and groom alone or non-traditional
It's 5x7 mounted on a 8x10 printed on masonite which will be at most 1/8inch. WHCC is printing my photo.
So is something like this image acceptable (placement)? I'm thinking this will be submitted:
I've only seen one print WPPI competition results (2005 16x20) in person.
I'm just worried about placement of the photo? Does anyone know if I fit all the requirements?
