While I catch up
Hi Y'all,
While I get caught up with my post processing of recent shots I thought I would share you some more of my summer shots

I hate to use the word great twice in a row, but you and Russ deserve it.
Great stuff, Harry.

Hey Harry.. These shots are wonderful. How in the world did you get that mirror under those birds without them flying off. I've seen some calm days but "man" that is calm.
Is that last shot a Cormorant. Looks like it but around here they have a big hook on the end of their beaks. You captured it perfectly.. but you missed him licking his lips afterwards, .

Thanks and that "weed" is one of those accursed wild flowers they spent all that grant $ on. They look OK but we don't have an unobscured view anymore. :cry

Thanks, glad you liked them. Spoonies are best shot in the subdued lighting of early morning or late afternoon. The harsh light of mid-day washes out their colors.

He was extremely backlit. I have several shots of Anhingas with their catches and they manage to be backlit everytime.

OH, there were eagles Ben but I didn't want to make you feel bad so I passed on the eagle shots. I figured it wasn't fair with me having so many and you having none.
