Missing buttons from Create New/Customize gallery pages

Lately, whenever I want go to Customize Gallery or Create New Gallery pages, the "save" or "create" or "ok" buttons are all invisible. Luckily, the links work, and I roughly remember where they are, so I move the mouse around until it becomes active on the invisible button, then click.

I've ctrl-refreshed everything I can think of. Also, this happens in multiple SM accounts (my own, and the dgrin galleries which I maintain). What up?

Screen shots, notice the lack of buttons where the yellow line is across the bottom (the yellow line is just an artifact from my screen-grab add-on):

Also here, there should be buttons in that bottom box:

This may be a long shot - but did you try clearing your browser cache / temporary files?
(Or is that what you meant when you said you did a ctrl-refresh?)

    Browser?

    Somehow, you're blocking the graphics.
got addons, blockers running? Check your prefs for "load images automatically" too.

Try shift-reload instead of ctrl-reload?? Usually works when this happens to me.

You must of took your monitor with you down there. You need the
down-under reset. Turn your monitor upside down for two minutes. Then
button text will then float to the top.:D

of course, I should have known! lol3.gif

and, BigAl, seems some smugsorcery is going on, so I can't confirm that shift v. ctrl reload has a different effect, although I suspect not. I've done just about everything in terms of refreshing/caching/cookie-ing, to no avail.

I have the same experience, with the buttons coming and going from time to time. While a PITA, I had presumed this was Mac aberration that came and went according to changes in the underlying SmugMug code. I also suffer another, with one line only of my three-line footer being misaligned from time to time, but only with Safari in this case.

Both problems have presently gone away, but I have suspected they will return. ne_nau.gif

:nah if this is happening, something is going on. The buttons should always work in all our supported browsers thumb.gif

Hey Doc, you back to normal on the buttons? ear.gif
