Domain Transfer for a pro Account

Is this where we post a request for help?
I have Go Daddy and I have been trying to get the domain name to work and point to my smugmug pages.

First I thought I did it wrong, and I called Go Daddy, talked to them and switched the cname fields.

Don't know if it's me, them or Smugmug....

Have you seen these instructions? The screen captures are didn't match when I did it, but I was able to find the option on the page.

Yes, I did that
Yes, I followed those directions exactly.

When it didn't come up after a couple days, I refreshed my browser, tried a different computer etc. I called Go Daddy and they confirmed I did it right. I deleted and did it again, and still no cigar.

My domain name is Flash Frozen Photography.com
I have Flash Frozen Photography.Net too.
