White space when resizing

Howdy,

I just had a customer order (4) wallets as part of their order. The original was set at 4x6. When they cropped it on their order, it cut off the top part of the head and part of the feet of their kiddo. When I turn the crop off on the order page, it leaves white space on the left and right of the image.

I went back to PS and resized the image to wallet size (2x3) and replaced the original photo and it did not change the problem.

Any suggestions??

Try 2.5/3.5 ratio?
