Hi Folks:
One in a series themed "Impermanence" that I am starting to put together:
EXIF: Canon S3 IS, ISO 80, 1/60, f/3.5, 16.8mm, No Flash, Handheld
I know it is a strange composition, cut off as it is, but I did not want to capture the whole thing. I wanted to capture how the eye socket drew me inwards into the other space. Not sure that I captured that, but I like the texture and the capsule. I added a warming filter effect.
Best,
N

But maybe a vertical treatment would draw attention to the eye socket better. I almost looks like a landscape. Looking into the eye is like looking into a slot canyon.
Natural selection is responsible for every living thing that exists.
D3s, D500, D5300, and way more glass than the wife knows about.
Ni there Nacho, I like the texture of the bone in the skull too.
Having just returned home from Canada and USA, I got to see a lot of Buffalo Skulls at the Museum at Head Smash In.
Interesting Shot........ I like it
