In my hopes of becoming a wonderful photographer I purchased a bunch of lenses and accessories... well, apparently I'm not so good... and haven't had the time to learn... so, back to P&S cameras for me...

Here's what I have available... Everything is like new... barely used.

Canon EF 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 DO IS USM ~~ $950
SOLDCanon EF 50mm 1.8 II ~~ $60
Canon EF 24-105 f4 L IS USM ~~ $935
SOLDCanon EF 100mm 2.8 USM (Macro lens) ~~ $375

SOLDCanon XTi Body ~~ $510
Opteka BGRXT Grip ~~ $60

Canon RC1 Wireless Remote ~~ $20

SOLDCanon 580EX Speedlite ~~ $340
SOLDSto-Fen Omni-Bounce ~~ $10
Canon Ring Lite MR-14EX ~~ $390
Canon Speedlite Transmitter ST-E2 ~~ $160

Crumpler 5 million dollar home ~~ $50
Ultrapod II ~~ $10

Canon BP-511A battery (For the 30D I believe. Opened, but never used- bought the wrong one and never used it) ~~ $35

Please drop me a line and let me know which piece(s) of equipment you're interested in. I can send pictures, or if you're local, arrange a meeting so you can see something in person. There may be a delay of an hour or 2 before I can reply... don't be alarmed... just working.

Shipping + Insurance (If you want it) will be added at the actual cost per UPS or USPS (your choice).

Sad to see it all go, but it's the right decision for me.

I bought and paid for everything listed here... even have the receipts still... most of it bought at Calumet in Chicago.

I think you should reconsider selling all this. You have some nice gear there and I think with some practice, even just shooting every day you will get better. Don't give up just yet. The gear isnt what makes or breaks the photographer.

Just my .02 to try and talk you down from the ledge. deal.gif

Oh an if you are dead set on selling I think Im interested in the 50mm lens. I live in Kenosha, WI so I may be close to you.

Hey there. You are so right... but I've been saying for a while now, when I get the time, I'll practice... but it's not happening. As frustrating as it is... I just don't think I'm going to find the time (I'm also learning how to fly and that's taking all my free time).

So, I think this is the right thing to do.

As for the nifty fifty... I had a someone email me just before your post, and it sold :(

    Thank you though!!

Hi! The 50 sold this morning, but the 580 is still available (it's the "I"). The omni-bounce is also still available.

The battery is still available too. Bought it on amazon, it is an original canon battery, still in the packaging (though I opened it only to realize I bought the wrong one!) and never used.

I'll take the wireless remote! (Last of the big-time spenders.) How do we hook up?
