I tried something alittle different tonight, set WB with a grey card, and overexposed my +1/3

It's great when you can see their faces. The first shot is great. The others seem a little soft. Perhaps they are overcropped?
    If not now, when?

What's the story behind the first shot? Was it taken during the national
anthem? I like the shot because it captures emotion.

Doh, wrong smiley! It was just supposed to be a friendly wave. Winger's been having a rough week, just was nice to see her back in hockey photo commenting action.

Hey JDS, not to hijack your thread... so here's my comment: are you WB'ing off the jersies now? Cause they look great and the darn ice looks yellowish. Results keep getting better thumb.gif

Actually used a grey card to set WB :) Turned out great

As for the first shot, yes it was during the national anthem. I may submit it for the challenge

    JDS,

I agree that the color turned out great clap.gif The gray card seems to do the trick. I know it hasn't let me down for BBall.

These shots are very nice thumb.gifthumb.gif Most of them look pretty sharp too. The last 2 look a bit soft, but not sure if it's because of motion or not.

All in all, very good work!! ^5

    Thanks for sharing them,
