welcome to the bay.. haha. very cool series, im surprised you didnt get some seafood while you were down there (or at least brought your camera when you ate haha).
Absolutely stunning work, Gus.
The shots of the Blue Angels are really amazing and your street shots are very compelling and wonderfully composed.
I live there and don't get out shooting stills as much as perhaps I should because I've spent so much time shooting video. Have to rethink that. Your work here is very inspiring.
Your spot on about the coffee Gus! We spent 4 weeks in Western Australia last fall (spring in OZ) and I just loved the coffee...once I learned how to order it. I saw a sign posted in one of the coffee shops that read: "There's no such thing as strong coffee, only weak people!"
These are fantastic gus. I'm with the doc on the 'busy' shot - that is really, really powerful! I also really like the guys walking on the ?bridge struts or pipeline? - too cool.
and strong coffee, to my mind, is another reason for me to visit Australia. Yeaars ago, when I ordered 'swartze cafe' in Vienna, I was thought a fool. Most NA coffee is see through - yuck!
Gus I always know I'm in for a real treat when you post one of your walk-about series. You nailed SF!!!! Your people shots are just awesome and it's just impossible to pick one they are all so great! Now those are some Blue Angel shots I've never seen! Whenever I look at your threads, I always wonder why I have so much trouble 'seeing' what's right in front of my face! Way to go!

Some really nice street shots, and what a variety. Makes we want to go back to SF and re-do all of mine again!
Cheers
