I really like this photo, but somehow I think I might be able to tweak it (somehow) to be much better.

If you think it should be left alone, or you think that it needs a bit of help (and how), or you don't like it... please let me know.

Thanks

I think it's a great, peaceful scene that had some nice sunset light.

But I see two photos here: the beach and the soft waves and the boardwalk that has a lot of potential in the curved streetlamps and twinkling lights. Together they don't seem to make much of a statement to me, but focusing on one of the other in a single shot might work better.

Or were you talking about how you processed this shot? :D

There needs to be more fill light on the beach. But overall I think Schmooo is right in her observations as well. deal.gif

    What Schmoo said
Crop or use free transform in photoshop
Myself I would focus on the water...it looks great
    Nice shot

Man, there are a lot of elements in that picture. The boardwalk, the bench, the bait shack, the lights, the clouds, the water, the person on the beach,
the house, what resolution do have this pic in?

I see 3or4 cool pictures here if you can zoom in enough.

Oh, Oh, I've got it, Print three different pictures, canvas streched on frames from a custom print shop, and hang together!

Also, lighten it up a little to bring out the grain of the wood on the boardwalk.

I see potential there. Hope you don't mind but I had a play and I am by no means good at processing so please don't feel bad for thinking it's horrible. :D210222477-M.jpg
