GOlf Outing
I was asked to take pictures at the company golf outing last month, posted are a few of the results of the team pictures.

It was a mostly overcast day, with the sun coming out every once in a while. I used an off camera flash on a light stand, cross lighting with the sun. Tried to catch the teams either before or after teeing off. Everyone seemed to be happy with the photos, which made me happy. Besides, it was a paid day off work Let me know what you think

Were you only shooting foursomes, or did you get out for any candids on the course? I ended up shooting about half the foursomes, then turned that over to someone else and wandered the course. Here's the gallery I put together (about 2/3 of the photos are mine)

It was the first time I'd shot a golf outing, and certainly learned a lot. Not that I expect to be a next year's outing - I was laid off last month. Hey, maybe next time, they'll hire me for the shoot.

It was a great learning experience, everyone was happy, and I'm hoping that I maybe some more work will come out of it
