My daughter Terra in one of her neat explorations of space and body:

EXIF: Nikon D40, ISO 200, 1/320, f/9.0, 55mm

She has a rare chromosome disease (Trisomy 9 Mosaic), and cerebral palsy, and seems to have an appreciation for kinesthetic sense (sense of body position, etc. in space). She is a great source of inspiration and photographic joy! She does all sorts of strange Yoga poses. I just had to take this moment at the water fountain. I'm trying to develop a series of shots of Terra as a way to document her life with Trisomy 9, and to contribute pics to the support groups. Here's another one:

EXIF: Canon S3 IS, ISO 80, 1/60, f/3.5, 29.3mm

Thanks!

Because of the lighting on her arm in the first photo, you can almost feel how she's exploring it - beautiful capture! I love the lighting in the second shot, as well.

Your daughter is stunning! Her hair is amazing - the colors are unreal in her hair!

Wonderful photos and thanks for sharing the story behind them!

She is such a beautiful child! Love the lighting in both shots and I agree with Andi about being able to feel how she is exploring with the lighting on her arm. Children are so fascinating to watch. iloveyou.gif
