I've visited the ZOO in Rotterdam, the Netherlands yesterday and was pretty pleased with the shots so i thought i would share it with you.

    Nice series. The wolf doesn't look too happy. Were you paying too much attention to the big cats? He looks a bit resentful. mwink.gif

    thanks for all the kind replies!

    The wolf wasn't happy at all, because some other wolf had just showed him whose boss and stolen a nice piece of meat from him. He was trying to regain some status by acting real angry :D

    Let me take a different tack, I love that Owl! I know the branch gets in the way, and the pattern in the background can get distracting, but the Owl itself is pure almond joy. Then again, I like Owls! : )

    In almost every shot you really seemed to captured some of the animals' personalities, which can be such a challenge! Love the shots...thanks for sharing. :D
