Email is being received by us very late

Because of some technical problems, we're getting emails about 2 hours late. We're hard at work getting it sorted out. Even though our email is running late, our support isn't. We are answering as fast as we can. We are sorry that we can't get your emails fast enough but we will be caught up soon.
